NEIGHBOURS DISCOVERY
A set of messages and ICMPv6 processes that fixes the relations between neighbours nodes. Neighbours discovery replaces ARP, ICMP routes discovery and ICMP redirection messages used in IPv4. It also provides inaccessible neighbour detection.
